Carla Solis is the manager for  Legal Ops Consulting LLC, a consulting company focused on providing law firms, corporate in-house counsel, and solo practitioners with the tools necessary to achieve operational excellence with client value and bottom line in mind. 

Carla brings over twenty years of diverse legal experience to Legal Ops Consulting. A key figure in legal industry expansion, with a vision that everyone deserves justice. Because of her commitment to justice, she has played an essential role in several legal enterprises, including lead negotiator in multi-million dollar deals and the integration of leading technologies into the legal practice arena.  The depth of Carla's knowledge and experience allows her to provide big-picture and high-level advice to swiftly resolve operational inefficiencies within the legal sector while staying ahead of rapidly evolving technological advances. Her unique combination of skills continues to keep her at the forefront of her industry.

In addition to providing Legal Operations expertise, Carla also continues to serve underrepresented individuals with their Social Security Disability Law claims, frequently relying on her ability to communicate about legal issues in both English and Spanish to facilitate the needs of underserved communities. While she has been actively working on her language skills, she is currently a novice in Portuguese and French, driven by a passion to connect with and support even more diverse populations. 

Today, in her continual pursuit for expansion of legal representation and access to justice, Carla anticipates a Doctorate in Law & Policy from the Helms School of Government, Liberty University in 2025.

Ms. Solis  is a native from New York and currently resides in Texas. In her spare time she enjoys connecting with friends and family, boxing, kickboxing and watching UFC matches.
